With so many specialty beans available, throughout all the processes of growing, picking, sorting, fermenting, drying and getting the beans to us, we want the customer to appreciate and understand the journey the coffee has taken. To produce quality in a cup that encompasses all these aspects. We hope to excite people and to produce a roasted coffee that will keep you coming back to explore other origins and profiles.

The benefits of being a small roastery is that we have the advantage of buying small micro lots. This means that our coffee menu is constantly changing and evolving quickly and often. You never know what you will find when you come to visit us for your coffee supplies. For us it is an endless, exciting journey.

We all live in such a fast paced world, our idea is to slow things down, maintaining handmade methods and skills. We take the upmost care through all the stages, trying to ensure excellent quality. We love what we do and hope that this is reflected in our final product.
