At Pound we are a small independent family roastery. Our main priority is making and providing high quality delicious coffee and building relationships with our customers and our community
The farmers do most of the work, investing in them is investing in community and quality. When it comes to roasting, we have them in mind when we intuitively work with the coffee to make sure we are bringing out the best in it.
Our wholesale accounts receive reliable, ongoing support with an individual approach to your business. It helps that we all have years of hospitality experience and can provide knowledge above and beyond just how to make a good cup of coffee, although we have that covered too.
Our in house or on-site training can be tailored to your unique business’ needs. Starting with a good foundation of coffee knowledge to help you make delicious coffee with confidence, we can also help with workflow and figuring out systems that work for you. Ongoing training can include looking at different brew methods, how to taste and talk about coffee, customer service or honing your latte art skills.
